As a Mechatronics Engineer with a strong foundation in field support, systems integration, and customer-facing technical roles, I thrive on solving complex problems and delivering reliable solutions. I bring hands-on experience supporting industrial control systems, telemetry platforms and edge-connected devices across diverse environments — from on-site commissioning to remote diagnostics and infrastructure redevelopment.

My background includes both customer support and systems-level thinking, allowing me to break down technical challenges, implement robust fixes and maintain a clear focus on reliability, trust, and user impact. I’ve supported global product deployments, migrated cloud systems, and helped shape the tools used by service and support teams.

Currently based in Milton, Queensland, Australia, working as Service Manager at EcoJoule Energy.
